Delivery Terms
All orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for same day dispatch.
All orders made after this time will be processed the following morning.
Orders will only be shipped to cardholders address, a valid registered UK business address or a UK based British Armed Forces address. Under no circumstance will Muscle King deliver to an alternate residential address.
We at Muscle king are always here to help. To ensure all deliveries run smoothly and no extra charges occur for a missed delivery if you have not recieved your parcel within 3 days of ordering please call us so we can work together to ensure your parcel isnt returned to us. Parcelforce and Royal Mail hold onto parcels for 5 days after a delivery is attempted so to make sure you havent missed a delivery please contact us asap.
NORTHERN IRELAND, SCOTISH HIGHLANDS AND BRITISH ISLANDS DELIVERY CHARGES
ORDERS OVER 1KG
Our free delivery service for all items over 1kg only covers mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Any other British Islands including Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands will be charged at £8.50.
ORDERS UNDER 1KG
As of 12/5/09 all items under 1 kg will now be free delivery to all of the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands and British islands eg Jersey
We use Royal Mail Recorded second class delivery for all items under 1kg this service requires a signature.
We do not take orders outside the UK or Ireland

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
We do accept orders from the Republic Of Ireland but there is a £8.50 delivery charge for all deliveries. All deliveries are on a 48 hour service.
BRITISH ARMED FORCES
We do offer delivery to the armed forces but we cannot offer deliver to bfpo addresses. All addresses assosiated with the armed forces must have a full UK based postcode.

All items under 1kg will be sent via Royal Mail second class recorded this service can normally take from 1-3 days.

All items over 1kg will be sent via Parcelforce on a 48 hour service.This service also requires a signature. PLEASE NOTE no deliverys will be made on a weekend eg; if you place an order on a thursday night it will be processed friday morning and you will receive your parcel monday as the 48 hour service does not cover weekends.
Please make sure that all delivery information is correct as if a parcel is delivered to the wrong address or the item is not signed for at the address you have given and we have to make a collection on your behalf you will be charged a sum of £12.50 for all mistakes to be rectified with our courier and for a re-delivery to take place. If you do not want to request a re-delivery you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the £12.50 fee for the incorrect delivery.These charges will also occur if a parcel is returned to us because nobody is present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel and nobody contacts our courier to arange a pick up or re-delivery and the parcel is returned to us. Deliveries will be made any time between 8am and 5.30pm
PLEASE NOTE
If a delivery is attempted at your address but no one is there to collect your parcel a card should be put through your letter box. If a card isnt put through your door and the parcel is returned to us a charge of £12.50 will occur from us but you may post a claim with parcelforce to claim back your charge.You will only quailify for this claim if no card is put through your letter box. Under no circumstances will MUSCLE KING NUTRITION TRADING AS ACTIVE SPORTS NUTRITION LTD post a claim on your behalf and we cannot guarentee your claim will be successful.
We do need to state that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. In no way can MUSCLE KING NUTRITION TRADING AS ACTIVE SPORTS NUTRITION or ParcelForce be held liable for failed deliveries unless either of those parties has been negligent in their duty to deliver. In addition I regret that ParcelForce staff (drivers, depot staff or account managers) will not be able to call the customer under any circumstances. This is company policy of ParcelForce and applies nationwide to all ParcelForce staff.

PLEASE NOTE - PLEASE CHOOSE ALL SIZES VERY CAREFULLY IF CUSTOMERS ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS THE WRONG SIZE FOR THEM AND WOULD LIKE TO SWOP OR GET A REFUND ON THE ITEM A CHARGE OF £5.00 WILL BE MADE TO COVER ALL POSTAGE FEES PAID. THE SIZE GIVEN IN INCHES NEXT TO THE PRODUCT ARE NOT THE MEASUREMENT OF THE ITEM THEY ARE AN INDICATION OF THE SIZE OF THE PERSON THE PRODUCT IS DESIGNED TO FIT EG A RASH VEST MAY SAY 43" TO 48" BUT THE SIZE OF THE TOP MAYBE 39" THIS IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THESE TOPS ARE MENT TO BE VERY TIGHT FITTING. ALL RETURNS MUST NOT OF BEEN WORN OR HAVE ANY MARKINGS OR STAINS ON THE ITEM. ACTIVE SPORTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY REFUND ON ANY PRODUCT IF IT IS NOT RETUNED IN THE CONDITION IT LEFT US IN.
